Christian Swanson, Founder /CEO

Christian was originally born in Anchorage, AK and has since journeyed down to Michigan to carve his path in life. While obtaining his degree in Marketing and Logistics Management at Central Michigan University, he worked his summers on a commercial salmon fishing boat. He played football and basketball during high school and is an avid Detroit sports fan. In February of 2013, Christian began his career in face-to- face fundraising.

Starting out as an account representative, Christian quickly climbed the ladder to help spearhead the charity marketing division at Frontier Promotions. He is most excited to help expand the nonprofit division coast-to- coast.


Kyle Norman, President

Kyle was born and raised in Troy, Michigan. He grew up playing basketball, soccer, baseball, and football. Kyle attended both Oakland Community College and Oakland University where he received his degree in Business Management. He gained valuable experience in the Sales and Marketing field by working for Pepsi for 5 years.

His competitive edge has gained him quite a bit of success including making him the winner of the an Industry Top Performance Award in 2013, being nominated for Rookie of the year in 2016, and a 20/20 Award winner. Kyle has worked on multiple marketing campaigns and is determined and enthusiastic about the expansion of the company.


Caleb Stump, Senior Partner

Caleb was originally born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but has since moved with his family into Michigan. He grew up in the city of St. Clair Shores, and while going to Lakeview High School was involved in a number of extracurricular activities. He was a multi-sport athlete, playing football and baseball, as well as being involved in the community with volunteer efforts. Caleb was offered the opportunity to go play football at Wayne State University, but an injury his senior year hindered the opportunity.

He followed his love for the business world by attending Wayne State for a double major in Finance and Marketing, and started his career at Frontier as an intern in the summer of 2016. He has since been promoted to an Assistant Manager as of March, and is looking to continue his growth. His primary focus is always on being the best example for those around him, and loves being able to help others achieve success and growth.


DeJavone Cribbs, Director

DJ is originally from Harper Woods. He prides himself on being a role model, as he is the oldest of five children in his family. DJ attended Adrian College and majored in Marketing. DJ also played collegiate football while at Adrian and achieved numerous awards, including the MLK Student Service award, which honors a student’s hard work and dedication within the community.

DJ has worked with multiple clients during his tenure at Frontier, and was promoted to assistant management in 2015. He loves the positive energy and the results-driven environment.


Sarah McCarty, Administrative Director

Sarah was born in Flint, Michigan and was raised in a small town where she grew up with a love for the outdoors. Throughout high school Sarah excelled in as a cheerleader and gymnast. She has always been driven to motivate and enthuse others. After high school, Sarah attended Michigan State University where she studied psychology.

In 2014 Sarah began her career at Frontier Promotions and in 2015 was promoted to an Assistant Manager. Since then she has taken on the role of Administrator, allowing her to continue to contribute to the success and well-being of Frontier! Sarah’s biggest goal is to maintain Frontier’s quality of excellence while developing the success of those around her.


Anna Callahan, Talent Specialist

Anna was born and raised in Buchanan, MI a small town right on the edge of Lake Michigan. While attending Albion college Anna majored in Sociology and Anthropology.  Anna also ran track while at Albion College. She is an avid reader and die-hard Notre Dame fan.

Anna began her career at Frontier Promotions as an Account Executive and worked with multiple clients on the non-profit and for-profit fronts.  She has since moved over to the role of Administrator here at Frontier.  Anna is most excited to see the growth and development of our team continue to expand and flourish.
